ILOMME PRIVACY POLICY
1. Coverage
Using the Service, you accept the Privacy Policy in question.
In this Privacy Policy, the word ”personal data” stands for user data, such as the user name, email address, address and all other user information that the user sends or ILOMME is allowed to collect according to applicable legislation.
2. Application of personal data
The data sent into the Service is used for the purpose for which it has been collected.
Personal data is needed for collecting customer data for ILOMME, following user amounts, identifying customers as well as planning and developing business and the Service. ILOMME can use the personal data for direct marketing purposes with connection to the Service or any other services that ILOMME offers now or may offer in the future. Personal data can also be used for market research or other research regarding the Service.
ILOMME can collect at least the following personal data involving Service usage: name, gender, date of birth, place of residence, address, phone number, email address and first language.
ILOMME collects personal data from the user when registering for the Service, when updating one’s profile or when using the Service.
By providing ILOMME with personal data via forms or otherwise, the user accepts the collection, processing and disclosure of personal data for the restricted functions mentioned in this Privacy Policy.

The user accepts that ILOMME may disclose personal data to the appropriate authorities if it is required by applicable legislation or regulations. ILOMME uses subcontractors to realize certain services and personal data is shared with them only when necessary in order to realize the Service.
The service provider does not transfer personal data outside the EU and/or EEA.
4. Accuracy of personal data
The user commits to providing ILOMME with accurate data when registering to the Service.
After registering, the user can view his or her profile by connecting to the Service with his or her user name and password. The user can also alter, update or delete his or her data by either signing into the Service or contacting ILOMME customer service.
The user also has the right to prohibit ILOMME from using his or her personal data for marketing purposes or research. This request may be sent to auli@aniverse.fi.
5. Storing, verifying and updating personal data
ILOMME stores personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill its purpose, for which the data has been collected.
Each user can connect to the Service only by using his or her personal user name and password.
Personal data collected by the service provider is stored on the servers, that are protected in accordance with the general practices in the trade.

6. Personal data processing and usage
ILOMME processes the user’s personal data according to its up-to-date Privacy Policy and privacy protection policy.
By registering to the Service, the user accepts ILOMME using his or her name and address for direct marketing purposes, including electronic direct marketing, and disclosing them to ILOMME partners in cooperation for similar direct marketing purposes. The user can prohibit the use of his or her personal data for direct marketing by contacting ILOMME.
7. Customer data and marketing
ILOMME uses customer data for the following purposes: to develop shopping experiences permanently, to make shopping experiences customer friendly and individualistic, to communicate order-related matters, to notify about certain products and marketing campaigns and to recommend interesting customer-specific products and services.
ILOMME uses the available data for the above purposes, such as read and delivery receipts as well as data regarding the customer’s device, internet connection, operating system, platform, site visitation dates and times, viewed products and data provided by the customer (including automatically sent or produced data). In addition, customer order history is used.
The customer can prohibit the use of his or her personal data for marketing purposes and individual actions. Sending a request to auli@aniverse.fi is suffice.
7.1. Newsletter
ILOMME sends the Newsletter to the email addresses they have received from the customers who have accepted receiving the Newletter. The customer can quit subscribing to the Newsletter whenever by emailing the above contact data. Also, each ILOMME Newletter includes a link to quit the subscription.
7.2. Product recommendations by email
Those who have purchased ILOMME products will get product recommendations by email from the company, regardless of being a Newsletter subscriber or not. This way ILOMME notifies the customer of the products that may interest him or her based on his or her latest order. The customer can stop these recommendations being spent to him or her by sending an email to the above contact data. Each ILOMME email also includes a link to stop receiving the recommendations.
7.3. Banner advertisements
ILOMME also uses the site visitation data to show the customer so called banner advertisements. They are advertisements that are linked from third party websites. This usually happens through so called cookies or pixels. The aim is to alter the contents of the ILOMME advertisements so that they are interesting and useful for the customer. For this reason, the customer sees banner advertisements primarily with products they have already viewed or products that are similar to those (redirecting). As far as banner advertisements are concerned, only pseudonymised data is used; unambiguously identifiable personal data (name and email address, for example) is not saved in cookies.

ILOMME uses banner advertisement and redirecting services of third parties that use cookies on our website. Such service providers are:

9. Google Analytics
ILOMME utilizes Google Analytics, which is an analysis tool of Google Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies in the form of text files to improve the analysis of site usage. With cookies, Google sends and stores data on your website usage, including your IP address, to its servers in different countries. The data may be processed in a country different from the one you live in. The data is used for the analysis of user actions, preparing reports of site activity and offering services that are linked to the site and the internet usage.
Google can also disclose data to third parties if the legislation requires it ori f the third party processes data for Google. Your IP address, however, is not linked to other data Google may have on you. You can prohibit the use of cookies by blocking their usage in your browser settings. Take into consideration that parts of the site may not function, if the cookies have been blocked.
